Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of blockedtons.world and the referral service Blockedtons Floor Coating offers through it. By using the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you accept them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Blockedtons Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep, coat or repair floors. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are separate companies. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

Site content is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary by job. None is a quote. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

Proper Use of the Site

Give accurate information. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach areas you are not authorized to access.

Contact and Call Consent

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To opt out of further contact, email contact@blockedtons.world.

Content Ownership

Blockedtons Floor Coating or its licensors own the site's content and design. You need our permission to copy or reuse it commercially.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Blockedtons Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
