How to Raise a Complaint

Blockedtons Floor Coating aims to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to report a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Report

You can contact us about:

• A call or message you had with Blockedtons Floor Coating
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or unclear
• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Blockedtons Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Include

Email contact@blockedtons.world and give us:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the result you want

How We Respond

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will review the matter, which may include speaking with the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
